A great trainer in every aspect. Keeps it real and will really go hard for her team and tries to put them in the best possible position to succeed. On days where she wasn’t feeling well she would show up with no voice and try to teach. That’s dedication! Very high energy, upbeat, and not scared to keep it real! Prudence is an outstanding trainer! She will give it to you straight and help you bring out the best learner in yourself. She consistently pushed me to ignore the noise. She will breakdown information as much as you need. Pru has taken additional time to break down sections for me that I thought I never would understand.

I am so very thankful that Sarah was my trainer. She really motivated me to push through and give my best every single day.
