So much to say and words cant express how amazing this experience was and it was all because of Shawn and his co-host trainer Nathan. Shawn went in depth and helped us truly understand the material. He responded to questions even on off days or after hours. I am impressed and happy to say I learned from the best! Thanks for keeping us sane through these hard 4 weeks!
