Ridiculous to ask me to remember Prudence. I worked with so many different people during the process of getting my loan with Rocket Mortgage, that I have no idea which one was Prudence. The whole process was beautifully engineered and handled with courtesy and helpful guidance. This guy makes training fun. If you are like most people, training can be boring and no fun at all. Rosie is wonderful, he involves everyone around and gets everybody laughing so learning is enjoyable as well as an insightful experience. The first time he told us about his "Tylenol P.M. loan" I nearly lost it. Hilarious and smart, a very good combination.
