Determined in making ABGT's successful bankers! His leadership ability is infectious (to say the least). Although it was a joy, it was not all about games: Matty's training is all about accountability and showing up to the task. He will not allow you to give up.

Steve does a great job explaining information and gumping down the main concepts to help make it easier to understand. He is very interactive and stays after which makes it easier to get help one on one.
