JoAnna was an amazing trainer! She made learning all the new technology fun and really made sure to get everyone involved. Coco did an incredible job at taking the book material and applying to stuff that we will actually be doing once we hit the banking floor. I believe that her past experience is an asset when it comes to the teaching portion because she was able to prepare us for what to expect once we got out there.
