Colleen has been a great help in our development into mortgage bankers. The systems (LOLA, and AMP) can be a bit of a challenge, but she is very helpful in giving us a road map to navigate without taking us there. Also helpful in the fact she is encouraging to have us figure out situations along the way, using the tools around us.

Colleen is fantastic. She is the perfect example of "teach them how to fish". She is able to help us work through the technology on our own without doing it for us or simply giving us the solution. In the end this allows us to have a much better understanding of why and how it works. This is a huge advantage as we make our way onto the banking floor.

Kelsey is a huge help with everything and anything you can imagine possible. She is amazing to work with. She is super knowledgeable, dedicated, and on top of her stuff. If she does not know the answer to something, she will find it. I don't have anough words to express how thankful I am that I get to work with her and that she does what she does. Without a doubt the most fun training sessions ever! Rosie (as we call him) has a ton of energy, and information. He makes training sessions fun and enjoyable. He is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to mortgages and the guidelines that need to be followed. I'd look forward to going to class everytime I knew Rosie was instructing that day.
