Trina has been helping with our MBGT class and every time she teaches a class with us I look forward to it! She takes what can be very dry and daunting and makes it fun! While having a ton of fun, she still makes sure that we hare grasping the information.

Josh has been conducting our MBGT class. We have been covering very extensive and in depth information before hitting the banking floor. He has been encouraging and supportive the entire time and has answered every question I have had very thoroughly. He takes information that could be hard to grasp and makes it pretty easy to understand.

Our team trained had NU62 today with Joshua and once again I gained some excellent resources to improve my training experience. He has a great ability to explain the concepts in a practical fashion. He always goes above and beyond and is always available for the team at ORM!!

After adroitly handling a technical glitch he showed us how the software works and how to use it to illustrate the benefits of the program to the client.
