Ridiculous to ask me to remember Prudence. I worked with so many different people during the process of getting my loan with Rocket Mortgage, that I have no idea which one was Prudence. This guy makes training fun. If you are like most people, training can be boring and no fun at all. Rosie is wonderful, he involves everyone around and gets everybody laughing so learning is enjoyable as well as an insightful experience. The first time he told us about his "Tylenol P.M. loan" I nearly lost it. Hilarious and smart, a very good combination.

Mat is great at what he does and knows exactly what he's talking about. My favorite thing about Mat is he loves helping people, I remember one time a couple of us were having trouble overcoming objections he stepped right in and gave us perfect examples on things we should be saying and why it's important that we are hitting these hard and digging deep. Thanks for all you do Mat!
