She devoted the appropriate amount of time to each of the students in her class. If there was a student that didn't know as much as the others she would have the smarter students in class try to help them. She had a variety of teaching methods that I thought were very helpful to the different types of learners in the class. Overall I think she was a great trainer.

Wendell is the rock of this training program. He has a knack for drilling this stuff into your head. He does it through some stories and some of his experiences. That helped me to remember a lot of the information. I connected it to what he said, as well as the book. He is a great leader. Just like Elyse, trust in Wendell. He won't steer you wrong.
