Pay attention, though it's impossible not to because of her commanding presence and unrivaled energy. The one day that I had with a different lead instructor was the day that I was most lacking in knowledge. She is a wealth of knowledge and has a strong devotion to the success and motivation of her students. After all, she is the first impression we get with Rocket Mortgage and she is the one shaping us to be the bankers that we want to be. I will never forget Prudence Laplante.
