Jamiil came into my class one day to sub for my regular trainer and we did not miss a beat! He was very clear in his teaching of the day's subjects. Jamiil even gave a little history lesson to make it easier for us to understand and conceptualize one of the topics we reviewed. It was an all-around great experience!

Stephen has a way to get you fired up even if you are not having the best day! I had the opportunity to be a part of one of the small groups he led and he made sure that we understood the logic behind different concepts in mortgage lending. He would not let us move forward until it was clear to all which I think is great.
