Valdet is Awesome at what he does! I've attended two of his courses: Feedback and Rock the Stage. These courses are useful for all team members, not just leaders or future leaders. The Feedback course made me think outside the box on how to handle both giving and receiving feedback. Rock the Stage was the perfect course for those looking to prepare for their first speech or someone that's been giving speeches their whole career. It will make you rethink the way you prepare for your speech, the content you create, and your movements in front of the audience. I especially loved Rock the Stage because you have a two hour course discussing and practicing tips/tricks and then on a separate day everyone gets a chance to present on an ISM of your choice.
