Alana was very responsible to resolve any questions and would delay her work until the issues are resolved. I am thankful that she gave me a warm attitude but very principle followed person. So you know clearly what is ok and not ok. Also she trusts your answer and take it. I do not mean that she ignored anything, but I was questioned 3 times for one question from other company but Alana takes it ...Alana was very responsible to resolve any questions and would delay her work until the issues are resolved.
