I have been in the refinance mode for more than eight months. I had contacted a few companies, and a few other loan reps from Rocket Mortgage. I am a very, too busy, person and am hard to get hold of a lot of the time, which I had informed every rep that I worked with. I can't say enough good things about Brian, his supporting team and Rocket Mortgage. This is my second refinance with Rocket Mortgage. Even though I knew how good they were the first time, I couldn't believe that they would call "out of the blue" to see if I wanted to reduce debt and refinance.

Brian is the best of the best when it comes to being knowledgeable, professional and patient. He communicates quickly and is very articulate. Never did I wait more than a few hours for a response if I had a question. To make this more complicated, I was switching jobs as we were going thru the process and thought "there's no way this will happen". Brian assured me that it would, with the rate I was given, and sure enough, I closed during the time he said to expect to close.

Honestly, you can't get any better than having Brian manage your process. Not once did I feel pressured or feel like he was a "salesman".
