David was great. He answered all our questions, was very personable and knowledgeable about our loan. However, once we were handed off from David, the rest of our so called team was not good! It was a complete shock at how bad the service was. David was excellent. They just need to learn to establish his customer service to the rest of the staff!

If I recommend someone who does a good job for me and a bad job for you, it's embarrassing. It's far worse if that person is family. All of this to say, my specific mortgage situation was far from straightforward. Dave had most of the answers readily available and when he didn't know an answer to a specific question he chased down the answer (and sometimes didn't accept the first answer he received).
