Fatima was great!!! Things got a little stressful with the underwriters; and we almost pulled out on my refinance, but thanks to Fatima and all her help we didn't. She was very knowledgable and so easy to communicate with no matter when I called or text her. Fatima was so sweet and we talked just like friends do.
