He did an outstanding job in working with several different people to bring my loan to a close and made me feel valued throughout the experience. James checked in with me in a good fashion and made sure I understood everything throughout the process. I can't say enough positive things about James and his team. They are amazing and I highly recommend their services and to go with Rocket Mortgage next time you want a good mortgage company to work with. I will do it again when it comes to the next relocation.

I've gone through other refinances and James' service was head and shoulders above the rest. He was knowledgeable, available to respond to questions - by personal cell phone as well as business phone, timely in his communication and tracked my application long after the person he had to hand off to was on my case. I worked with James for my Rocket Mortgage mortgage. James was excellent at follow-up. He followed-up with me every two weeks, as he promised. Sometimes I didn't want to talk to him because our prior house was in a down market (this was a relocation) and I didn't feel we could look for another home until that one was sold.
