This is the first time I utilized a relocation package to purchase a home. Rocket Mortgage was one of the recommended firms on my company's list. I heard plenty of good reviews about Rocket Mortgage and I figured, why not? I called and was directed to James Apfel. It was the best mortgage loan experience. It was the best mortgage loan experience. James is a great professional whom provided me with a streamlined mortgage process from the first phone call to closing day. He did an outstanding job in working with several different people to bring my loan to a close and made me feel valued throughout the experience. James checked in with me in a good fashion and made sure I understood everything throughout the process. I can't say enough positive things about James and his team. They are amazing and I highly recommend their services and to go with Rocket Mortgage next time you want a good mortgage company to work with. I will do it again when it comes to the next relocation.

All good...except:

For eleven days leading up to Nov 7, 2019, I was periodically asking, "Is the process moving forward normally?" And each time was told, "Yes." But that was incorrect. In actuality, Rocket Mortgage was holding on a replacement cost report or updated declaration page but had not informed me about it. Eliminating this unnecessary eleven day wait would have reduced my days-to-close ...All good...except:
