It was the best mortgage loan experience. James is a great professional whom provided me with a streamlined mortgage process from the first phone call to closing day. He did an outstanding job in working with several different people to bring my loan to a close and made me feel valued throughout the experience. James checked in with me in a good fashion and made sure I understood everything throughout the process. I can't say enough positive things about James and his team. They are amazing and I highly recommend their services and to go with Rocket Mortgage next time you want a good mortgage company to work with. I will do it again when it comes to the next relocation.

James is doing an outstanding job with my home loan. I am relocating across country and starting a new job and the home loan process has been a breeze. No matter what I throw at him, James can get it done. I also greatly appreciate how James is willing to communicate, no matter what time of day.
