It was the best mortgage loan experience. James is a great professional whom provided me with a streamlined mortgage process from the first phone call to closing day. He did an outstanding job in working with several different people to bring my loan to a close and made me feel valued throughout the experience. James checked in with me in a good fashion and made sure I understood everything throughout the process. I can't say enough positive things about James and his team. They are amazing and I highly recommend their services and to go with Rocket Mortgage next time you want a good mortgage company to work with. I will do it again when it comes to the next relocation.

James helped me get a loan and helped me not get a loan and both were great. Not getting the loan was where he explained to me a better way to pay my 30 year mortgage down earlier instead of refinancing to a 15 year loan and go through the fees (that would have benefitted him) I 'd have to pay.
