Keith was great to work with because he was friendly, knowledgeable, and straightforward; also, if we set a time to chat, he was there, with the info we needed. I especially appreciated that Keith helped with the application process via "chat" rather than talking on the phone. Ultimately, because of Keith (and the competitive interest rate) we re-fied with Rocket Mortgage.
Keith was outstanding! He was always easy to reach when we had questions and if he was unable to answer them, he always found the answer and got back to us quickly. Although we had a few issues that took longer than expected, Keith stayed right with us the entire way. I would certainly recommend him and Rocket Mortgage to my family and friends.
