Very helpful and kind. I was originally just playing around, thinking that I would not be able to afford a 15 year home loan. Kelli asked me what monthly payment I was comfortable with and told me that she would call me back, during a time frame that I chose. Kelli called back on time and had the monthly payment within the range I told her I was comfortable with. Needless to say, I took the offer....Very helpful and kind. This means that I will be mortgage free for the last two years of work and I will be able to sell out and move to my dream house on the beach, after selling my house and collecting 100% (not including closing costs) of the value of my home!
