For us it was ok but too much on-line stuff that was complicated for me and no one on one. Seniors may have these issues but also we have good credit and established it was snit overwhelming. But all in all ok

Kerrianne kept me informed of every little detail in the process, and the rationale behind the details. She always alerted me to possible hurdles as soon as she was aware of them. She even did quite a bit of "hand holding" in trying to reassure me that the process was moving forward and that she was definitely on my side. A friend advised me that I should have went with a local lender who would give me more personal attention than Rocket Mortgage. That friend couldn't have been more wrong! Kerrianne gave me more attention, assistance and friendly support than I could have ever expected from a mortgage banker!
