Almost painless refi experience, there are always some forms you have to upload and provide. But it was minimal with Rocket Mortgage because Kurt had most of it done on his end. Refi of my construction loan went so well, we asked Kurt to help us refi our investment property also. If rates drop, looking forward to Kurt helping us get lower rate on new loans.

Everything went very well except 2 days after we signed the papers, My Hawaiian Miles sent me an email updating me on my balance and low and behold at the end of the email was an ad saying Rocket Mortgage would reward me 25,000 Miles if I did a refinance thru them. So I called the main office and spoke with Evan Mahoney who check with a Supervisor
