Dealing with Matt was like dealing with a pushy used car salesman. We inquired about refinancing our current mortgage and called Rocket Mortgage for info. We subsequently talked to Matt. We initially wanted info and was informed by Matt, to get that info we had to complete certain steps. Those steps were the actual loan application process. We initially wanted info and was informed by Matt, to get that info we had to complete certain steps. Those steps were the actual loan application process. When we got to the point of paying for the credit check and appraisal of our home we realized where we were deep into the process and informed Matt that we wanted to wait. It turned into a shouting match between him and my wife. We also informed him that we did not want to go any further with Rocket Mortgage and we didn't want the appraisal done. We also told him not to take the 500 dollar appraisal cost from our credit card. They did anyway and its been crazy trying to get it back. I do not trust him.Read MoreRead Less
