Well to start with Ryan is not a high pressure sales man, I have nothing but good things to say about him he was very understanding from the very beginning of this process of my wife and I buying a new home. I really enjoyed the support received from Ryan. The process was extremely quick unbelievable fast. Once I initiated the first call within 15 minutes I received my pre-approval letter. "at first I was thinking this cannot be real ...I'm still on the phone with him and he's saying my pre-approval has been emailed.. .. this might be a gimmick.... because nothing happens that fast. ".

Ryan assured me it wasn't a gimmick that the process represents it name and image "quick". From there it continued to be smooth sailing. Whenever I called his response was within 24 hrs sometimes sooner even on weekends. He was easy to engage, friendly professional and I especially liked how he assisted me with my application signature process on a Sunday morning. After that initial call to Ryan I was in my home 4 weeks later... I had no idea the process would flow so well. He was a blessing because I needed someone like him with patience to assist me with my first home purchase. Next year my son-in-law and daughter will purchase their first home and yep...
