The website they set up is a perfect way to communicate when they need documents from you, or if you simply have a question. I am frequently in meetings, or with clients, so don't have the ability to answer every phone call. When everything was done, the person who handled the closing came to my home, after work, which was ideal for me. I didn't have to rearrange my schedule at all.

ago, I had tried to refinance my home loan with Well Fargo Home Mortgage, who was the current lender.
It was not a good experience and the refinance did not go through. Being self-employed seemed to make it more difficult to get the loan approved and the customer service was terrible.
