Wanted to take this time to boast on Tom's performance through this whole house buying ordeal. Going into this experience, I was very skeptical about the whole lender process. Through Tom, I must say it was a pleasant experience. He went above and beyond what I expected from a big company lender. Tom I want to start off by saying Thank You, you are awesome and thank you for answering the phone that one day that I decided to call Rocket Mortgage to see what it takes to buy my first home. We knew that day that my credit sucked and and there was no way you would even consider giving me a mortgage But, and a huge BUT, that didn't stop you from wanting to help me. You didnt brush me off, nor ...Tom I want to start off by saying Thank You, you are awesome and thank you for answering the phone that one day that I decided to call Rocket Mortgage to see what it takes to buy my first home. We knew that day that my credit sucked and and there was no way you would even consider giving me a mortgage But, and a huge BUT, that didn't stop you from wanting to help me. You didnt brush me off, nor ignore me. You stayed in constant contact Every Week asking me how I'm doing with repairing my credit. You hooked me up with your team member who guided me and pushed me to rebuild my credit. It was only a few weeks later that you called me again saying that I did it, I got my credit score where it needed to be and we can proceed with a mortgage. From there it was a piece of cake and that's all because of you, I had no clue what I was doing but your patience and knowledge made this experience awesome. Its been 2 months now that we closed on my house and I'm loving it!!! I'm not saying that there aren't people out there that truly want to help others but you my man went above and beyond Every Step Of The Way!! Might I add, that Rocket Mortgage isn't the only company I contacted, even after I spoke with you I had to explore my options and a 5 min conversation with those mortgage brokers was all it took for them to tell me to call them back when my credit score improved significantly. You didn't let that become a factor. You helped me through it and not only was I able to buy a home but now my credit is good enough that I have the freedom to purchase a car or finance furniture if I choose to do so. You opened up a huge door and helped me transition into the next chapter of my life. I will be forever grateful. You're a good man. Thanks again. This was my first experience purchasing a house and I didn't have a real estate agent I thought this process would be unbelievably difficult. However, I was lucky to have Tom as my sales agent. He was incredibly knowledgeable and patient with all of my many calls and questions I had regarding the house, loan, the process, etc. He was there with me from the pre-approval process (3 months ago) till ...This was my first experience purchasing a house and I didn't have a real estate agent I thought this process would be unbelievably difficult. However, I was lucky to have Tom as my sales agent.
