I can’t say enough about Tyler. I had never bought a home before and wasn’t sure what to expect. It was so overwhelming when he told me all the things I would need to do to get started on the loan process. Tyler was very patient with me and walked me through each step. If I had a question, all I needed to do was send him a text and he quickly responded. When I was transferred to the underwriters,...I can’t say enough about Tyler. I had never bought a home before and wasn’t sure what to expect. It was so overwhelming when he told me all the things I would need to do to get started on the loan process. Tyler was very patient with me and walked me through each step. If I had a question, all I needed to do was send him a text and he quickly responded. When I was transferred to the underwriters, who were also great, I was disappointed I would no longer be working with him..but once the loan was closed, I found out he would still be able to help me if needed.
