All the loans did eventually close, some were delayed, and most were quite stressful toward the end. If you are going to use Rocket Mortgage make sure Ryan is your guy, he communicates, does what he says he will do, and checks his information before requesting duplicates from the borrower.

The mortgage business if full of people who can’t make a decision and don’t keep on top of the file to the end. I wish there was a Ryan in every company I deal with life would be so much easier. This guy is the best!!
