Hands down Steve Hindo is amazing. On May 5, I gave Steve a review of 5 stars. He had been so patient and understanding to my needs as a potential client. We were pre-approved for a loan and he walked us through the steps to finding a home.

On August 31 we closed on our brand new home. Steve went above and beyond during the entire process (May 2017 through September 2017). He still reaches out ...Hands down Steve Hindo is amazing. On May 5, I gave Steve a review of 5 stars. He had been so patient and understanding to my needs as a potential client. We were pre-approved for a loan and he walked us through the steps to finding a home.

On August 31 we closed on our brand new home. Steve went above and beyond during the entire process (May 2017 through September 2017). He still reaches out post-closing to let us know he's available to help us in any way he can.

He was personable, honest, and provided a judgment-free zone while we asked a million questions. Not only do I recommend Rocket Mortgage to all of our friends, but I specifically recommend Steve. While we hope to remain in our new house for the rest of our lives, we know that if we should ever need to move again, Steve has our business -- hands down.

I have to say Feras was extremely helpful throughout our refinancing process. I had originally reached out to Rocket Mortgage through their website - and frankly the difference from our existing mortgage to the new was negligible, so I declined moving forward. Rocket Mortgage follows up with you. Next thing that happens is we got a call from Feras. He asked why we didn't move forward and I ...I have to say Feras was extremely helpful throughout our refinancing process. Rocket Mortgage follows up with you. Next thing that happens is we got a call from Feras. He asked why we didn't move forward and I explained that for the change it just didn't make any sense. I explained to him that the whole point was to be able to wrap the geothermal system we had just purchased into the mortgage. If we couldn't do that it was pointless to move forward. He talked to my husband and I and gave us a couple of different options that we could consider and any question we had he was able to answer clearly and concisely. We opted to move forward after talking to him! He was heading out on vacation and still took whatever time we needed to help us understand what we were doing. My wife and I didnt think we would even qualify for a loan. We heard all the horror stories about loans and were very nervous. Steve was there every step of the way to reassure us we were moving in the right direction. We love our new home, and Steve was the main reason we could make it happen. I cant thank him enough!
Keith was outstanding! He was always easy to reach when we had questions and if he was unable to answer them, he always found the answer and got back to us quickly. Although we had a few issues that took longer than expected, Keith stayed right with us the entire way. I would certainly recommend him and Rocket Mortgage to my family and friends.
