Dan I thought you were very good. However, whenever I needed to talk with you I found it very difficult to get you. Other agents always picked up and responded but I did find it confusing at first and in the end became used to the fact that each person in the loan department had a very specific purpose for obtaining different pieces of our information for the loan approval.
