I enjoyed my experience getting my home refinanced. I originally changed my mind when I saw the rates increased by the Feds, Megan found a plan that worked for me and I decided to pursue the refinance. At the begining, I was discourage for the rate increased, so I stopped communicating, Megan keep in contact until I was able to meet my goals.

We have been through several mortgage processes and this one was by far the best. The process is very streamlined and the amount of communication and the timeliness of the communications received is well above what we would normally have expected. We will definitely go with Rocket Mortgage again.

I really enjoyed working with Nick again. He makes the process simple and easy. It's nice to know that he's only a phone call away, if I have questions. I have dealt with other mortgage bankers that avoid calls and never fully understand where you are in the process. I have done and will continue to recommend Nick to anyone looking for a mortgage.
