Well, I could start off by saying; I'm a type of person that is very skeptical about taking loans. I hate to borrow money from anyone, let alone borrowing from a loan company, my goodness! Lord have mercy! In my life, I did well in not getting student loans, car loans, layaways, you name it! Until it was the time for me to purchase a darn home! There is a first time for everything. Until it was the time for me to purchase a darn home! There is a first time for everything. The only two choices that I had, were either to get a loan or win the lottery to purchase my dream home. Well, I went with the loan! I did some shopping around and landed on Rocket Mortgage! I spoke with a couple of representatives which assisted me with different mortgage options. I was still in the limbo of which mortgage company I was going to chose. I had one already in mind and I was ok with the mortgage company's quote for me. Then Ryan called me and was checking on my status with the home buying process and to see if I was still interested in learning about different loan options Rocket Mortgage has to offer. As a first time home buyer, considering I'm a novice to the process, Ryan was able to explain at length with patience about the the home buying process and different loan options that was best suited for me..I am very appreciative of Ryan because he makes sure his clients understands the pros and cons to each quotes that was given also Ryan made it his priority to follow up with me on the home buying process. Ryan is very insightful about what he does and I learned alot from him. I literally felt each time I spoke with him I was taking mortgage 101 class. One thing Ryan mentioned was that I was in good hands. Good hands indeed I was. He was very competitive in making sure that I was aware of the quote I was receiving with other lenders verses what Rocket Mortgage had to offer. Hands down! Rocket Mortgage had the best quotes that was more fitted for me. There's no greater feeling to be serviced not only by someone who is knowledgeable and competant at what they do, but someone who has passion and grit for what they do. Ryan has the passion and grit in his line of duty and it is very evident. I'm proud that Ryan was my guide and an advisor to me with the purchase of my first home. I was not looking forward to even inquiring about a refinance and frankly didn't even think we would qualify because we are both self employed (I mean, who wants to make an inquiry believing you are only going to get rejected?) Brendan delivered the unexpected on so many fronts. He was not only pleasant and personable, but honest and truly looking out for our best interest.
