All good...except:

For eleven days leading up to Nov 7, 2019, I was periodically asking, "Is the process moving forward normally?" And each time was told, "Yes." But that was incorrect. In actuality, Rocket Mortgage was holding on a replacement cost report or updated declaration page but had not informed me about it. Eliminating this unnecessary eleven day wait would have reduced my days-to-close ...All good...except:
