the first encounter between me and Kody before we actually met face to face was a fight on Skype. Turns out everyone knew she was funny and sarcastic except me. Turns out shes the funniest and most approachable coach and person in our building. On top of all that, she tunred out to be an excellent coach. Tom was incredibly helpful through out the entire process. Tom first worked with me back in the fall with a preapproval but my offer was not accepted. Kody is the best! Working with her didn't even feel like a coaching session. She gives really good feedback and helped me a lot in overcoming clients hanging up during transfers. She also helped me make my language more assumptive which has done wonders for me.
