Tom was great. We recently worked with him to finance a house and he walked us through the process and made it simple. He as very responsive to questions that often had to be turned around weekends and off hours. His responses were thorough and if he didn't know the answer he would tell us and follow up with someone that did. I would definitely recommend him.

Being 72 years old I have dealt with a boat load of customer service reps, sales staff and other annoying people on the telephone. I have to say after a very long conversation with Sarah O Brien of Rocket Mortgage yesterday, I was brought to a whole new level with sales staff over the telephone. feel so comfortable with her personally and her demeanor. We talked about my family, the jobs that my wife and I both retired from, our children, and I was able to know Sarah better as well.
