We made the mistake of starting with a different company, when things took a turn south we tried Rocket Mortgage on a whim. Jeremy was fantastic, friendly, detail oriented and very accommodating in helping us get our new town home. Unlike the competition, he had us approved for our loan in under a half hour! Everything was cleanly spelled out for us.
