The website they set up is a perfect way to communicate when they need documents from you, or if you simply have a question. I am frequently in meetings, or with clients, so don't have the ability to answer every phone call. The website they set up is a perfect way to communicate when they need documents from you, or if you simply have a question. I was notified via email that I had a request or a message, then I could go simply log in & handle it when I had the time.
When everything was done, the person who handled the closing came to my home, after work, which was ideal for me. I didn't have to rearrange my schedule at all.
