The website they set up is a perfect way to communicate when they need documents from you, or if you simply have a question. I am frequently in meetings, or with clients, so don't have the ability to answer every phone call. I was notified via email that I had a request or a message, then I could go simply log in & handle it when I had the time.
When everything was done, the person who handled the closing came to my home, after work, which was ideal for me. I didn't have to rearrange my schedule at all.

We enjoyed working with Scott Fishman, our Rocket Mortgage representative. He was very patient, proactive, and nice. We periodically had challenges with the paperwork and the computer forms and he calmly led us through the process. If you are going to use Rocket Mortgage I'd recommend asking for Scott.
