Clint was great to work with from the start. He is extremely personable and always answered any questions I had quickly and in detail. The initial preapproval for our mortgage loan was quick and easy. While doing our home shopping, Clint worked well with our realtor and even gave us his cell number to call if we needed him on the weekends. He remained our point man even after we went to the underwriters and stayed available for any questions or concerns we might have. The overall Rocket Mortgage experience was excellent!. Their rates were better than our own bank could give us or the local bank in the city we were house shopping. I liked the ability to scan and upload all the documentation and over all the My Rocket Mortgage site was easy to use. I had read some complaints about having several contacts during the process. I never felt like we were handed off from person to person just that people had a different part of the loan process and Clint stayed always in the picture. The documentation was a lot, but nothing I didn't expect after buying homes in the past and the current concern of making sure buyers are qualified for the loan they want. Unfortunately, we were not able to close on the house we wanted due to some structural concerns and are now renting until we find that perfect home.
