We heard a lot of horror stories about how the loan process could go, but from start to finish I would say our experience was more or less painless! James explained the process to us in detail, let us know who would be contacting us and when, and was available ANYTIME we had questions...which was often as we were first time homebuyers. But I never had any doubt in my mind that he would get the job done, and that he did! We are absolutely thrilled with our new home and will 100% be using Rocket Mortgage and James again in the future, as well as referring him to anyone else we know who's about to begin this process. And I should mention, this was all done from his office in Detroit all the way to Dallas where we were purchasing, and is something I loved about using Rocket Mortgage. They're everywhere! No need to look locally, you have find a great banker right over the phone and/or computer. And that right there should get him an extra star! Thank you again James for the great experience.
