Kelli was awesome from the beginning. She took the time to explain things and make sure that I understood and could make the best choice for me.
When things started to go off track with others on the team, Kelli steeped right back in and helped out even though I told her I would be going with a different company. She didn't pester me and she wasn't aggressive like other mortgage brokers that I interacted with. She was calm and helped me solve the problem and get back on track.
