JERMEY was a pleasure to work with. I enjoyed the talks we had and the many things he informed me about that I did not understand. He took the time to explain them clearly and never was anoyed by the many Questions. This is me and my wife's first home together we been working hard to become home oweners and it was a huge endeavor and Jermey made it so much more fun. I so believe he was ment to be our guide through all this. We started looking 2 years ago and seriously started in July of 2016 contacting Quick and loan and started the process. We got signed to Jermey and found a home after looking at 30 homes that we fell madly in love with in Nov and things took off from their . We signed the paper work on Feb 3 at 9am and from their went to Uhaul and started the move in. Feb 6th we are in our home and you know what the service from jermey did not stop on the 3rd it still going on by jermey checking in with us. Outstanding service on Jermeys part and his crew. This is what I was hoping for the type of service from a mortgage banker. Most get the loan done and move on. Not Jermey not Rocket Mortgage. It is a long process alot of paper work and can be frustrating but when I was anoyed and frustrated Jermey was their to call and talk with about the loan and things that needed to get done. I would not call Jermey a mortgage Banker I would call him a good friend that cared about me and my wife and how we were feeling and coping with the process.
