I had a variety of folks call me back from Rocket Mortgage after I made the first connection - but Ryan was steadfast in his pursuit and called me - he was professional, courteous and no nonense. The one thing that most borrowers do not understand is that securing a loan/mortgage is extremely time consuming - and Ryan did everything inches power to make the process "painless and seamless". And whenever there was a question - or anything was confusing to me - Ryan stepped in and made it all work.

Jeff was super helpful through out the whole process. Anytime I had a question he was always there to answer it or was able to get back to me with an answer. He trys to make himself available as much as possible that way if you need him he's there to help. He took time out to call after the closing process started to see how everything was going. Def recommended if ever needed
