We got signed to Jermey and found a home after looking at 30 homes that we fell madly in love with in Nov and things took off from their . We signed the paper work on Feb 3 at 9am and from their went to Uhaul and started the move in. Feb 6th we are in our home and you know what the service from jermey did not stop on the 3rd it still going on by jermey checking in with us. Outstanding service on Jermeys part and his crew. This is what I was hoping for the type of service from a mortgage banker. Most get the loan done and move on. Not Jermey not Rocket Mortgage. It is a long process alot of paper work and can be frustrating but when I was anoyed and frustrated Jermey was their to call and talk with about the loan and things that needed to get done. I would not call Jermey a mortgage Banker I would call him a good friend that cared about me and my wife and how we were feeling and coping with the process.
