I was very unwilling to believe that a mortage company from Detroit,Mi. Could actually save us $$ money and close us within 30 days.Well Bob Vanacker did a great job in doing just that.The team at Rocket Mortgage was able to get that all accomplished in a very orderly way.
Time and money were saved,we got the house we wanted and really before we knew it we were in the house.

Brendan was great, very professional, patient and helpful. He was friendly, but focused and did not make me feel rushed but the whole process moved very quickly. I do not use the computer that much, but he was able to walk me through the entire process and made it seem very easy.

First couple months were great. I think the ball dropped towards the end. Wells Fargo was mostly at fault. Still dealing with them, full of bad information there. Realize we were complicated even though we had an exceptional credit rating.
