From day one Bob went above and beyond the scope of his duties. I literally called him 5 times a day for a month asking the most trivial questions about the process. Every single time he was on point and had an answer for everything. I think I might have even asked him what color I should paint a portion of my home. Haha. Vice versa he would even call me to see how I was doing and just small talk about life and his experience buying home.

Bottom line, Bob V.A. throughout my process was more than just an employee for Rocket Mortgage. Paperwork and the boring stuff he aced it. Probably the smoothest paperwork process I'd ever been part of.

One thing that sets Bob apart was he went the extra mile to be my friend. We all know going through a huge life changing event like buying your first home you need a person who cares.

You can't teach the genuine personable skill set Bob brings to the table, and if Rocket Mortgage was smart they would promote him to the highest of levels in the company.

Keith was very professional and helpful from the first phone call. He answered questions quickly . I changed my mind on a few issues on the loan and he was quick on responding and redoing the numbers. Nicholas was definitely a God Sent to us! Being new Home Buyers we really didn't know what to expect. But Nicholas was with us all the way through this journey. When we were overwhelmed he calmed us, kept us looking towards the ultimate goal and explained everything to us in great detail. What was more awesome is We didn't feel like we were dealing with a stranger, we felt like we were dealing...Nicholas was definitely a God Sent to us!
