First went to refiance with my original bank chase. Had chase mortgage for 5 years . Wanted to go from 30 to 15 years. The run around they gave me about why I cant refiance with them. I appeal with chase and still no avail. One morning I was pumping gas and saw a advertisement on the tv screen rocket mortgage. That same day my wife called Rocket Mortgage. Ned from Rocket Mortgage was able to help me to get the loan I wanted with no problem at all. Ned made my life feel at ease and enjoyable . Was all finalize within short time.
