I first started the process of refinance my investment home with the company who held my current mortgage. They offered me 90 day closing and $13,000 at closing. Took a chance with Rocket Mortgage and was given Mike and his team to manage my interactions. Wow what a difference! Mike was easy to work with, found me the right program and explained the process step by step. What I liked the best about Brittany's service is that I hardly had to wait any time at all for a response. She emailed or texted back almost immediately every time I had a question. Rocket Mortgage ROCK! Everyone I have been in contact with have been great. Brian is an excellent professional moving things along quickly with the refinance. Rocket Mortgage are fantastic, I obtained a 3.25% 30 year VA refinance with the help of Brian's guidance. Chase who I had my mortgage with wanted to give me a 4.5% and I had been with them for ten years. I was going forward with that ...Rocket Mortgage ROCK!
