What I liked the best about Brittany's service is that I hardly had to wait any time at all for a response. She emailed or texted back almost immediately every time I had a question. Rocket Mortgage ROCK! Everyone I have been in contact with have been great. Brian is an excellent professional moving things along quickly with the refinance. Rocket Mortgage are fantastic, I obtained a 3.25% 30 year VA refinance with the help of Brian's guidance. Chase who I had my mortgage with wanted to give me a 4.5% and I had been with them for ten years. I was going forward with that ...Rocket Mortgage ROCK!
