Choosing a new home and getting a mortgage are highly stressful but Clint with his strong interpersonal skills and continued accessibility throughout the process is an incomparable asset from Day One! Clint is "folksy" and quickly forms a bond with his clients. You immediately feel he " has your back" and will do his best for you. In our case he was a lifesaver. Due to a credit report snafu we nearly lost the mortgage and would definitely have done so had not Clint stepped in for the rescue. Within hours the decision to cancel us was reversed and we were once more on track for our scheduled closing. He was more than willing to go the extra mile to help us achieve our dream.
