James was assigned to me and provided a level of customer service I have never experienced before and probably never will again. He is very knowledgeable, accommodating and understanding of my needs. James stayed in near daily contact with me when possible substantial changes were occurring (delays in selling current home, market prices inflated in new area, etc) to ensure the loan package met my needs. I have never been more impressed working with a company as I have with Rocket Mortgage and it was all due to James and his co-workers.

Kurt helped me to remove my PMI payments, lower my interest rate, and reduce my loan from 30 years to 15 and it cost me less than an extra $90 a month and $400 out of pocket for an inspection. He was incredibly helpful through the whole process and I feel he took care of me really well.
